General Policies

​

• Smoking and Pets:

  • ​Strictly prohibited within the villa premises to maintain a clean, comfortable, and healthy environment for all guests.

 

• Check-In & Ceck-Out:

  • ​Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

​​

• Occupancy:

  • ​The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

​​

• Minimum Stay:

  • ​A minimum booking of 7 nights is required.

​​

• Key and Energy Saver:

  • ​Guests will receive one Security House key with an energy saver upon arrival. In the event of loss, immediate notification is required. The tenant is responsible for the replacement cost.

Payment Information

​

• Deposit:

  • ​A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% balance due 70 days prior to arrival. The payment must be made to our Turkish GBP account.​

​

• Damage Deposit:

  • ​A GBP 300 damage deposit is required at the start of the rental, payable in cash to the owner. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage to the villa or its contents.

Cancellation Policy

​

• Immediate Cancellation:

  • ​A full refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

​

• Early Cancellation:

  • ​Cancellations made at least 6 weeks before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid balance.

​

• Late Cancellation:

  • ​No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 6 weeks of check-in.

​
